Unexpectedly Friendly Service
The moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us like family. Our room was spacious, and the large tropical lobby made a great first impression.
Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired—barely edible pastries didn't match the rest of the wonderful experience.

I had a pleasant experience during my short stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I felt welcome. Enjoyed unwinding by the large pool and savoring delicious meals at the rooftop restaurant. Definitely try the breakfast buffet. the coffee was superb!

The pool provided a great space for relaxation! The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the tortillas made by the friendly staff. Also, the egg specialty on Friday was a highlight, showcasing excellent customer service from the chef.

i really enjoyed my stay at copantl hotel & convention center. the queen room was great, and i appreciated that it was mobility friendly. the location is perfect, near a nice city mall and a cool open-air steakhouse on the rooftop. the staff were super helpful, especially the male desk clerk who arranged the airport shuttle.

Nice place with friendly vibes
I stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were super nice and went outta their way to help. The large pool was perfect for cooling off, and the bar snacks were huge! Just wish the breakfast had more options. Also, not much English spoken by staff during late hours.
